Vendors with an interest in medical physics or related equipment, products, and services are invited to participate at the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting Technical Exhibits.
The Technical Exhibit will be an integral part of the Spring Clinical Meeting program. Its purpose is to further the scientific, technical, and educational advancement of the theory and practice of medical physics and the related arts and sciences.
We hope you'll plan to join us!
Based on feedback from Exhibitors in previous years, Full Exhibitor Registrants are eligible to attend the sessions and earn credits. Exhibitors are empowered to participate in sessions with the attendees!
This opportunity offers Exhibitors a creative way to stand out at the Spring Clinical Meeting.
These Premium Island Exhibits will be placed at the front of the room, allowing your display to be seen as you enter the Exhibit Hall. This opportunity is limited to four companies and will be offered as first-come, first-serve. Check out the floorplan to see where these exhibits will be placed. Make your presence known!
Want more one on one time with attendees? Have a new product you want to present?
Vendor Education Sessions were a success last year. They are being offered again as an initiative to increase interaction between Vendors and Attendees. Take advantage of your time at the meeting to inform current customers of new advances in your products and the chance to gain new clients! More information.
Please check your registration category to confirm if a ticket is included with your registration. Complimentary and Additional Full registrations include the Welcome Reception ticket. Technical Exhibit Hall Only registrations will need to purchase the ticket.
