Presenting Authors are required to be available 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm in the designated ePoster Theater area to interact with attendees.

A Provost will moderate these Campuses.

Presenting Authors are required to be present at the designated time of the Campus ePoster session in order to interact with attendees.
General ePoster Area Layout
Best in Physics and Campus ePosters will take place in Forums 1 - 3; General ePoster Discussions will take place in Forums 1 - 9.
Best in Physics: The top 5 abstracts in each track, Imaging, Joint – Imaging and Therapy, and Therapy, will be highlighted on Sunday, 3:30 - 4:00 pm in Forums 1 - 3 in the exhibit hall.
Campus ePosters: Include a select group of high-scoring posters on a specific theme identified by the Program Directors to be of special interest to attendees of the scientific program. Reinvigorating scientific presentations through ePoster sessions lead by a Campus Provost, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday afternoons in Forums 1 - 3 in the exhibit hall.
General ePosters Discussions: Include a select group of high-scoring posters identified by the Program Directors to be of special interest to attendees of the scientific program. This is an alternative to the hardcopy general poster to allow the authors to present their general poster electronically at a large screen display, dedicated to only their poster during a specifically assigned 30-minute timeslot. These General ePoster presentations will promote lively discussion and scientific exchange. They will take place in Forums 1 - 9 in the exhibit hall.
General ePosters Viewing: This is an alternative to the hardcopy general poster. General ePosters can be viewed on monitors located in Forums 1 - 9 in the exhibit hall.
