When you stay at a hotel while attending an AAPM meeting, there are benefits to you and to AAPM if you book a room "within the block" of hotels contracted by AAPM for the meeting.

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for one night's room & tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
Acknowledgments
Orchid.Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid.Events by phone at 888-505-4486 (international number calls +1 801-505-4603) or by email at help@orchid.events. Agents available 7:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Deadline
All reservations must be received by June 19, 2019, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Cancellations received on or after June 19, 2019 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will forfeit one night's room & tax. (Credit cards will only be charged if canceled within the penalty period). Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel. A charge of one night's room & tax will be applied if you do not cancel and you do not arrive (no-show).
Through June 19, 2019, send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid.Events via e-mail (help@orchid.events). After June 19, 2019, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.
