Our on-site Career Services staff will assist you with your next career recruitment or move, by providing the following:

• The ability to post an ad on-site, free of charge, for the duration of the meeting, available on-site only.
• Attendees can post their resume on-site for potential employers to view. Resumes can also be posted on our Career Services website.
• All ads that are live on our Career Services website will be posted onsite as well.

Our AAPM Member Resources staff will assist you with the following:

• Answering questions about Membership
• Updating your member profile photo
• Locating sessions
• Demonstrating the Meeting App
• Locating exhibitors
• Assisting with association related questions

Employers

• Bring your ad (2 copies) to the Career Services Booth.
• Career Services personnel will take your ad and post on the ad boards.
• Browse the resumes and take with you the resumes of promising candidates.
• See the calendar below for Interview Room availability before confirming an appointment time with Viv Dennis and the candidate of your choice.

Job Seekers

• Bring your resume (enough for potential employers to take a copy) to the Career Services Booth.
• Career Services personnel will take your resumes and post them on the resume board.
• Browse the ad boards for available positions.
• Wait for appointment details from potential employers.
• All resumes will be removed from boards on Thursday at 12:00 Noon and recycled.

Hosted by the AAPM History Committee, AAPM Chapters prepare posters of historical record as a means of reflection and pride. Posters are available for viewing Sunday - Thursday in the Convention Center.
