Campus housing is offered as a 5-night package when you register for the meeting. The deadline to reserve or cancel campus housing is May 16. No refunds for cancelled campus housing will be issued after May 16. Single rooms on campus are limited, and expected to sell out quickly. Please do not delay in making campus housing reservations..

Campus Housing Check-in

Hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm at University Heights.

For late check-in (after 8:00pm), call 802-656-5550 and a conference assistant will open the door for you. This number will also be posted on exterior doors.

Regardless of whether you stay off-campus or on campus, your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the designated cafeteria.

University of Vermont is a non-smoking campus. Every room will have bed linens, towels and a bar of soap. The rooms are not air-conditioned but temperatures in Burlington in June range from 76ºF (25ºC) high to 51 ºF (13ºC) low.
