Campus housing is offered as a 3-night package when you register for the meeting. The deadline to reserve or cancel campus housing is July 10. No refunds for cancelled campus housing will be issued after July 10.
Campus Housing Check-in
Warren & Moore front desk

Check-in: 3:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 25
For late check-in (after 8:00pm), there will be a security guard on duty at the front desk. Please knock on the front door (you will see the guard) or there is a buzzer at the back door to contact the guard. A 24-hour phone number will also be posted on both doors.
Check-out: 7:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday, July 28
There are no luggage storage options in Warren & Moore. We advise you to leave your luggage in your room, then take advantage of express check out after sessions conclude on Saturday. Request a key envelope from the front desk, Warren & Moore.
Regardless of whether you stay off-campus or on campus, your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Rand Dining Hall.
Vanderbilt University is a non-smoking campus. Every room will have bed linens, towels and a bar of soap. The rooms are air-conditioned.
Please note that there are limited numbers of apartment-style rooms in our block. Housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your preference, book early.
All campus housing will be located in Delbruck & Elliston Halls; look for Warren & Moore on the campus map. Due to Vanderbilt University's restrictions on housing minors on campus with adults, we are unable to offer campus housing to families.

Parking
Parking in the Terrace Place Garage is $15/day.
Keys
Failure to return your assigned room key will result in a $50 lost key charge.

Free wi-fi is available to all Summer School attendees.
