This presentation will describe reimbursement changes implemented in 2020, including the new radiation oncology alternative payment model, and proposed changes for 2021. A review of changes that impact radiation oncology and radiology will be provided. On overview of the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (HOPPS) and the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) will be discussed. Lastly, an overview of the resources available to membership and tips for interacting with the professional economics committee will be provided.
