Dear AAPM Member,
Our partner society, the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), offers scientific sessions, series, and courses in Imaging Physics as well as Radiation Oncology and Radiation Biology. AAPM partners with RSNA in preparing the scientific and educational programs for the annual meeting. We hope you will consider submitting an abstract and attending the RSNA annual meeting in Chicago IL (December 1 - 6, 2019).
Registration is free (!) for AAPM members who register for these meetings through the RSNA meetings site.
In addition, the AAPM hosts AAPM Committee meetings at its own headquarters hotel as well as a reception for AAPM members. It also staffs an AAPM information booth at the RSNA meeting itself.
The deadline for RSNA 2019 abstract submissions is Wednesday April 11, 2018, at 12:00 noon Chicago time. Instructions for abstract submission can be found at: http://abstract.rsna.org/ and full details of the meeting at: http://www.rsna.org/Annual_Meeting.aspx.
With the strength of your abstract submissions, these programs will grow and help extend the role and influence of the medical physics community.
