Are you the one dropping the ball? Are you having challenges getting things done in the clinic or the lab? The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity to learn and share tools, tips and tricks for improving workplace efficiency. Specifically, tips and tricks on how to be more efficient in managing knowledge acquisition and retention, e-mail, calendars, and tasks and projects will be discussed. Items discussed will include identification of constituents of procrastination, a survey of workplace productivity and efficiency guidelines, and practical suggestions aimed at clinical and academic medical physicists.

Learning Objectives:
1. Have a better understanding of precisely what changes they can make in their clinical, research, and/or administration environments to be more productive and efficient
2. Hear from experts and colleagues on tips and tricks on how to be more efficient in managing their knowledge acquisition and retention, email, calendar, tasks, and projects
