Room: Stars at Night Ballroom 4

This session is for researchers that want to use scripts for creating their own algorithms for radiotherapy. From data managing to fine-tune the algorithm settings, there are software options available that can be used as building blocks to significantly minimize your effort. From our experience, we will present available tools that you can use for creating customized algorithms tailored to your project and using your preferred coding language.

Learning objectives:

1. Choose wisely: Learn the advantages and disadvantages of a few open-source libraries so that you can choose the one that best fits your project.

2. Create algorithms: You will learn how to test and configure algorithms on clinical data with minimal effort.

3. Be inspired: We will showcase scripts/applications build for analyzing clinical datasets.
